Decent Spell Check?

Sure wish there was a cool spell check like the one I've got on my PC (Spell Check Anywhere).  In ANY APPLICATION all I have to do is press F11 and a spell check pops up and checks every thing I've written and makes suggestions for the proper spelling.  Plus, if I just highlight one word and hit F11 it will check it in the dictionary AND thesaurus.  So handy for a poor speller like me ~ I had to use it here to get past 'thesaurus'!  Doesn't seem like there's anything all that great in PS...
