We are new owners of Nexi 7... yes, plural. Our local Sam's club had them in stock, so purchased one on Sunday. Meanwhile had one ordered (Sunday, also)  through Staples online... it arrived today!
DH, in his infinite wisdom, put a password on "his" tablet, then promptly forgot the password!  I have spent all day trying to do a factory reset, but so far have not been able to get through all the steps successfully.
The little bit of time we were able to play with the tablet, we loved it... fast! smooth! great resolution for reading ebooks... downloaded Kindle reader with no problem. That's about as far as we got.
Currently on hold with Nexus 7 for support to figure out reset...feel free to suggest any ideas
