Nexus 7 General Discussion / Tubemate 3rd party app wont install on 2nd or 3rd user profile.

Hi,
As noted above, Tubemate 3rd party app wont install on 2nd or 3rd user profile.
Installs fine on 1st user.
Searched extensively on google for a solution, but none so far.
Doh, pulling my hair out.
I am very familiar with Android OS , so its not lack of knowledge.
arrggghhh.
Anybody had issues with 3rd party apps on second user profiles on Google Nexus 7.
