Flipboard - Home Screen

How do you set the Home Screen of a Flipboard Magazine to a permanent image? Mine's changes each time I upload a FlipIt post. I've search the web and come across directions to tap the picture and PROMOTE it using a button in the Flipboard menu but that button seems nowhere to be found on the Nexus 7 app.

How do I make sure my homescreen is static please?
