Wireless Charger - anybody using

Sounds great Ivan. I considered that Qi charger when looking for my Nexus 4, watched several videos on You Tube but deemed it a little too big for a phone. Sounds like it's perfect for the Nexus 7 though.

Yeah I would say it's pretty perfect sized for the tablet. I was considering other ones, but they seemed too small to me for a tablet, I was concerned that my tablet would fall off of them.

This charger is 1.25" shorter than the Nexus 7 is long. So it's very stable on it.

I also lied, it charged my tablet fairly quickly. I was at 70% charge, and it got to 100% in about 1.5 hours. That's faster than i figured.

So far I'm pretty impressed.

I'm using the wireless charger I have for my Nokia 925, it charges at the same speed as the wired charger.

So, four months have passed since the last post... Has anyone found the perfect QI charger yet for the N7? I tend to plug in my N7 and forget about it, so I need a QI charger that won't overcharge. I believe the term I want is a charger that "trickle charges" but I could be wrong.

The Google wireless charger is a great device for those moments where I want a quick charge to top the battery off or to stop the bleeding of battery while I cast to my Chromecast.

I keep the charger in the living room where my TV and stereo are so works perfect for those times.

I don't use it every day, but when I do it is great.

Thanks for the response, StewMc. My only issue with the Google QI charger is the price: $50.00! Add that to the cost of the 2013 N7 LTE, plus a nice case, a screen protector, and we're talking serious money.

I figured the charger will last for several devices in the future. As it is, I use it on my N7 and N5
